This fanlisting is for nineteen book series of Star Wars Novels, the New Jedi Order series. The series is set 21-26 years after the Rebels destroyed the Death Star in the film Return of the Jedi. The main enemy of the series is the mysterious species, the Yuuzhan Vong, who are intent on invading the galaxy. Throughout the series the line between good and evil becomes blurred, and there are many side plots that take place.

I found this series to be incredible and it had me sitting on the edge of my seat again. Suddenly the Star Wars Universe was an uncertain place again where no one was safe, and several main characters died in the series. The New Jedi Order series takes the reader on a rollercoaster of emotions, while introducing a whole new cast of characters and putting a different spin on what we thought we knew about the Jedi. It covered so much ground and gave an insight into the lives of a lot of minor characters as well as the major ones that fans had grown to love.
